Cancellations and no-shows
If you cannot make an appointment please let us know as soon as possible.
We require a 48 hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
Our cancellation fees are as follows:
- Within 48 h of the scheduled start time:
- 25 % of the booked service
- Within 24 h of the scheduled start time:
- 50 % of the booked service
- No shows and cancellations after the scheduled start time:
- 100% of the booked service
Please note that cancellation fees are not covered by insurance providers.
Coming late to an appointment
Please be aware that your scheduled appointment cannot be extended and that the full amount of the booked service will be charged.
To ensure a safe environment and efficiency of our treatments, we might refuse to treat, if less than 30 min of the scheduled appointment time is left. The appointment will count as a no-show and the full amount of the booked service will be charged.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize that you will be late for an appointment.
